N-Farms Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farms Accountant / Inventory Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To disburse and record fund requests basis approvals from approval from management.
• To manage farm imprest.
• To maintain farm accounts – assets, expenditure, etc.
• Ensure inventory of assets throughstock taking and create asset register using spread sheet.
• Input daily sales data into the system.
• Update customer accounts with receipts/collections.
• Reconcile customers account with sales team.
• Reconcile system stock balance with stock report from the farms.
• Prepare monthly management account.
• Prepare weekly reports.

Work Days:

• Mondays - Saturdays

Qualifications

• B.Sc (Hons) / HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Must have had experience working ona farm or agricultural related operations.
• To be familiar with common Accounting packages.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), including expertise in Excel as an accounting tool.
• Good knowledge of Quickbooks software.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team with highest level of integrity and self-respect and respect for other team members.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
