Graphic Designer at Ingressive for Good (I4G)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos (On-site)

Essential Duties

• Define visual brand image and update I4G brand guidelines as needed, working with the communications director.
• Manage design creation process and creative assets for all I4G programs, which included technical training scholarships, ambassador programs, community events, and other programs as needed.
• Respond quickly to design challenges and feedback, and proactively anticipate the creative needs of different teams and projects
• Take a lead role in managing the design creation for the I4G website, annual report, pitch deck, social media, and videos.
• Review all designs of stakeholders and circle communities.
• Develop strategic design plans with projected timelines and budgets.
• Conceptualize and create print and digital visual materials as educational, promotional, and fundraising vehicles with the communications director, operations director, and fundraising manager.
• Maintain organization of I4G creative assets files, including logos, photos, charts/graphs, icons, one-pagers, letterheads, pitch decks, reports, templates, and other files, to ensure that they are current, easy to find, and usable by staff across the organization
• Support the Content Manager to ensure that the brand is consistent, optimal, and current on both the website and across all online channels.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the Graphic Design team, align them with departmental goals, and ensure their skills remain up to date and that they are leveraging current tools.
• Ability to leverage relevant design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) and work effectively in a team setting.
