Job Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Female Business Development Executive to lead our client's Real Estate Business Development Team in Abuja.
There will be a real chance to get involved in all aspects of business development, which may include campaign planning and delivery, event management, prospecting and client profiling initiatives and handling of business pitches.
Preferred candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to own this role and play an instrumental part in the delivery of business priorities.
Job Description
Review and develop short- medium- and long-term business development strategies for Northern Region and obtain approval from the management.
Implementation of existing new business initiatives in an effective manner as per the directions of the Management.
Identifying, sourcing, and creating opportunities for new business alliances, joint ventures, and other business opportunities for the region,
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential HNI investors and corporate partnerships
In conjunction with Head of Sales and Marketing, develop and implement marketing and brand development plans for the FCT and the Northern Region
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Build Business Intelligence on the Real Estate Market and Investments and Business Development in the FCT and Northern region
Identifying and scouting attractive opportunities for real estate development and/or land acquisition/Short let properties in respective markets.
Participate and contribute to revenue generation plans for the organisation
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and other related activities.
Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secures new deals, contracts, and long-term relationships.
Person Specification
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in real estate, Hospitality, Retail, or investment banking focused on real estate investments or a B2B sales role.
Must be Hausa Speaking
Good knowledge of promoting investment opportunities in properties to clients.
Outgoing and personable individual who has a proven track record of cultivating new business opportunities in previous roles
Ability to make commercial judgements within the parameters set by investors and other stakeholders
Self-Starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change or develop old ideas into new opportunities and enjoys a fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results.
Organized, meticulous, and confident.
Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence to make informed choices about business development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-accountable.
