We offer a wide variety of plastic cards from the simplest PVC to the most sophisticated smart contact and contact-less cards.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Vault and Logistics (Epaytrack, Vault and Delivery)
Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:
Ensure all uploads from bank are captured and logged on EpayTrak+ immediately the bank send notification mail
To count every blank cards singly before receiving into the vault.
Work closely with production supervisor to ensure all card production activities are track as at when due
The tracking must capture from data preparation, personalization, sorting/fulfilment and delivery
To collect job order from production officer, ensuring that it is adequately authorized and approved before blank cards are issued to production.
To collect the delivery ticket and confirm that the details of the delivery ticket correspond to the cards delivered to the vault.
Always ensure all clients complain relating to integrity of information on the platform are response & resolve promptly
Monitor all jobs to ensure all jobs are closeout or not left hanging
Collate list of any unfinished job and escalate to production
To update the vault bin card of each bank/client with the quantity of cards received into the vault, issued to production and issued for delivery.
To ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports on vault operations prepared and forward to stakeholders both internal and external are accurate and reflect actual stock balance
To ensure the vault register is signed by everyone that comes to the vault, giving the details of their activities in the vault.
To reconfirmed the quantity of blank cards for each client in the vault after which sending notification to mailing group.
To open each carton and count every blank card singly in conjunction with the internal auditor weekly and monthly.
To ensure that all sensitive waste or media material are shredded, incinerated or properly disposed according to the rule as specified in the ISP.
To ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained.
To comply with the ISP policies (clear desk policy and screen lock out)
To ensure effective management of materials for card manufacturing unit i.e., proper record keeping, storage, issuance, maintenance of reorder level, reconciliation & accountability for material issued.
Materials issued for card manufacturing order must be accounted for after completion of each order.
To perform other duties directed by the CISO.
Arranging of cartons for personalized cards.
Following the delivery van to banks for loading and off –loading of cards.
Packaging/ sealing of Personalized cards.
To ensure that all sensitive waste or media materials are shredded, incinerated or properly disposed according to the rules as specified in the ISP.
Data Integrity must be maintained.
Confidentiality must be maintained.
Academic Qualifications
HND / B.Sc in Social Sciences, Sciences and related discipline
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same area of interest.
