Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Front Desk Officer who will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties of the front desk of the school; as well as some administration and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor reception and front desk management
• Admissions management
• Record management
• Internal and external communication
• Public relations and social media marketing
• General school administration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Requirements for consideration include:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Excellent typing skills(speed and accuracy essential)
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Conversant with social media or digital media
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Team oriented
• Detail oriented.
• Bright, confident and sociable personality.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and guidance.

Salary
N60,000 - N90,000 monthly.
