Job Summary
Who we are looking for:

• We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Brand Designer to join our awesome marketing team.
• If you are creative, innovative and energetic, and if you love attracting people with your writing, we want you in our team
• This role will be instrumental in creatively activating our brand book guidelines in various ways, including but not limited to motion and static graphics, marketing, and communications collateral, storytelling, and more.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:

• Lead the development of innovative brand creative, from concept to delivery, for our products
• Hands-on creative development for key initiatives and channels; iterate unique design concepts/mockups to visualize innovative design ideas
• Apply creative advertising best practices for paid media channels including various ad formats and placements
• Build and maintain online brand style guides and asset portals
• Develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication, collaboration
• Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company
• Create visual identities (logos, colours, fonts), print media, out-of-home-media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications and much more
• Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation

Requirements
Your Profile:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art / Design, Advertising or a related field
• 2+ years of working experience
• You have very strong and nimble design skills and are passionate about design and brand across all media
• You are not afraid of creative challenges
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Well organized, meticulous, able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities
• Capable of handling and prioritizing a high workload
• Flexible, fast-paced, and able to confidently deliver accurately
• Written/verbal skills, comfortable with pitching new designs
• Ability to manage workflow and deadlines for several projects
• In-Depth understanding of file resolution, colour space, and mechanical production
• Conceptual skills and a demonstrated love for typography
• Expert in Keynote and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working within various information management systems such as Slack, Notion and Airtable
• Working knowledge of digital/print production, photography, photo-retouching, and key art compositing
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and team-based work.
