Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a project manager.
• You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, and within budget.
• You are to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entre project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / MSc / PhD qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
