Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Arch Nubiotics.

The job is broken down into 2 sections:
Prior to the opening of the Clinic:

• Liaise with construction and design team
• Liaise with the web design team
• Take minutes during all meetings and create a task list with deadlines for all parties involved
• Any other tasks as directed by the MD

After the opening of the Clinic and commencement of substantive business:

• Disseminate information from the MD’s office to the OFC and NL staff through memos
• Organise and Manage the MD’s schedule
• Minute meetings and create action points for all parties involved. 
• Chase up the deadlines
• Any other tasks as directed by the MD
• Liaise with the marketing department in creating a performance report.

Qualifications and Experience

• BA in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, ideally have experience with marketing especially social media analytics
• Experience working in an IVF lab is compulsory.

• Excellent organisational
• Time management and communication skills
• Technologically savvy: the creation of spreadsheets, memos,
• Time management tools and a good grip on social media analytics.

Salary

• N110,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
