Job Title: Head of Operations Manager (Banking)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall loan operations management and supervision of the loan operations staff.
• This includes boarding, servicing, accounting and reporting functions for the bank’s loan portfolio, which includes consumer, commercial, mortgage and lease transactions.
• Design and administer system processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Responsible to lead, train and supervise the operations staff to ensure department meets organizational goals
• Responsible for audit of loan operation activity, reviews daily reports for accuracy, and responsible for monthly and/or quarterly reports as required.
• Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
• Develop financial back up plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge losses
• Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
• Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
• Establish and review key operational risk indicators/key control standards and formulate action plans to minimize the Bank’s exposure to fraud and losses.
• Manage the Bank’s operational risk exposure by supporting the Business to identify areas of operational risk exposure and by developing and implementing corrective action.
• Design, develop and keep updated the Banks’ Operations Manual and ensure compliance to all operational guidelines, processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree qualification with 3 - 8 years work experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
