Job Title: Product Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Purpose
Develop and create awareness for the company’s Infectious Diseases (ID) products (Antibiotics) and other products as may be assigned, and implement marketing plans for all brands of Tyonex ID products with measurable Sales outcomes ( MSO)/ Evidence-based marketing outcomes ( EBMO) and Increase Tyonex core ID pharmaceutical business financially and expand her product portfolio.
Scope:
Covers all sales and marketing activities related to all the company’s ID products registered or being developed for DEF and Tyonex pharmaceutical businesses from within the Head Office (Primary Location) to other regional offices around the country.
Management of critical and non-critical assigned administrative materials and tools.
Job Responsibilities
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer/COO.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning ( and developing concepts and visualizing outcomes ) and to tactical activities( operational outcomes ) throughout the country.
Budgeting and monitoring Tyonex -IDPsre-order levels by leasing with the sales collection executive.
Sales & Marketing Training of the field force and providing updated Information on Tyonex -IDPsin the portfolio.
Preparation of annual marketing plan for the products and implement the plan after Presentation and due approval from the management.
Communicating to the field force the approved marketing strategies for the Tyonex -IDPs.
Planning, organization and monitoring of assignments, activities, campaigns and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
Driving all the promotional activities behind the Tyonex -IDPs.
Collection, evaluation and interpretation of internal and external marketing information/ data to assist the marketing department in appraising the effectiveness of the marketing plan for Tyonex -IDPs.
Developing appropriate promotional materials; detail aids, posters, brand reminders, etc. for the Tyonex -IDPs.
Regular field visits to assess the impacts of promotional activities and competitor’s activities.
Maintaining a database of key opinion leaders and customers for market information and Mailing, and cultivating their loyalty through relationship marketing.
Coordinating the company’s participation at all approved conferences and seminars.
Managing the development of pack designs, repackaging and rebranding of products.
Handling all corporate activities/social initiatives/services in relation to your Business Unit Tyonex -IDPs.
Developing strategies and campaigns to enhance sales of Tyonex - IDPs.
Organizing community-based projects and advocacy programs on Tyonex -IDPs.
Enhancing the company’s brand visibility and equity through several brand-building activities.
Organizing impactful Health Round Table programmes and Knowledge Empowerment for Pharmacy Assistants (KEPA) programmes (Partnership forum for various stakeholders).
Developing and introducing new products into the market in the ID sector.
Demand generation for Tyonex -IDPsthrough double call field trips with salesforce.
Intelligent information gathering through market surveys and research.
Assisting the Sales team, NSM, BMs and REPs in the planning of Tyonex -IDPslaunches.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Ability to drive official vehicles with relevant valid licenses.
The holder must be knowledgeable in relevant Sales and Marketing skill

The job requires sound judgment in balancing between customers’ needs and company business interests and concerns, and may be required to take a calculated business decision where straight judgment could not be given with available data:

The holder is expected to develop/review all reporting documents and procedures from time to time by requirement and expiration.

Qualifications and Requirements
B.Pharm, B.Sc / HND in Biochemistry or Science related courses.
2 - 5 years of experience in related industries.
Must be computer literate.
