Job Title: Fulfillment Centre Manager

Job Description

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Managing fleet, logistics, shipments around fulfilment of orders
• Providing quality customer service.
• Contributing to any other team tasks which are necessary for the success of the Fulfilment center.
• Preparing documentation for order fulfillment
• Coaching, mentorship and training of team members in the fulfilment center.
• Performance appraisal for team members.
• Set fulfilment center KPI.
• Proffering effective solutions to unexpected demand within a reasonable time frame
• Prepare operational reports for management’s use
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Ensure facility, vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Ensuring continuous compliance with operational processes
• Manage the formulary, consignment/group purchasing and or other specialized procurement services for health facilities, including preparation of technical reports
• Manage new product communication to sales team
• Oversee monthly management stock taking and spot stock taking as may be required
• Manage policies around quality control functions, the receipt of items and ensure that are long dated, arrive in good condition, are stored well and are of safe pharmaceutical nature
• Training program within organization (sales team on pharmaceutical products, training other staff within organization about drug handling, safe, quality assurance and such attitudes and processes that may better the pharmaceutical functions of the organization).
• Manage relationship and communication to key clients for the organization in order to promote customer loyalty and organizational growth.
• Maintain records of all controlled drugs sold on the premises
• Adhere to laid down policies, guidelines and regulations about the labelling and proper storage of pharmaceutical products
• The Fulfilment Center-Manager is responsible for disposing of infectious wastes.
• Adhere to a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in controlled substances at the earliest possible time
• Manage pharmaceutical regulatory functions and relationships for the fulfilment center.
• Conduct and participate in market research for new product additions to the Fulfilment Center’s inventory.
• Participate in any other technical, management or business function as required within the team to ensure the success of the organization.
• Ensuring safety of staffs in the environment.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a supply chain environment, preferably pharmaceutical wholesale or retail.
• Certification course in supply chain management
• Certification in Operations Management
• Tech supply chain experience is a plus
• Must be resident in Ibadan or willing to relocate to Ibadan within the shortest possible time.
