E-Property Agent at Vicksly Holdings Limited (4 Openings)

Vicksly Holdings Limited is a parent company registered with CAC as a general contract and merchandizing company but currently diversifying into Property Management. The Company is working on a new project 'Home for All Project" to cater for the housing needs of Nigeria. The pilot project will start with 4 locations FCT, Benue, Adamawa and Taraba.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Property Agent

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Benue and Taraba
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a focal person between the Company and the client.
• Overseeing the smooth running of the estate, working directly with the principal to plan and execute a management plan of the property and grounds
• Communicating with the Management and the tenants
• Managing ground staff and contractors
• Ensuring that the house is maintained and all practical equipment is running smoothly
• Managing utilities, creating estate manuals and ensuring the principal receives competitive quotes on any repairs
• Managing principal’s multiple properties, travelling to each one to maintain oversight and contact with sites and teams
• Acting as the first point of contact for staff and contractors
• Acting as the first point of contact in case of emergency (i.e alarm going off, pool leaking).

Essential Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Relevant estate management experience
• Proven ability to manage staff and oversee busy and large properties
• Must reside within the state
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.

Salary

• N100,000 - N500,000 monthly.
