Overview
We are looking to hire a smart and proactive Implementation Support who will be responsible for for the onsite deployment and troubleshoot of our e-health products and solutions at our clients' location.
The Implementation Support will also serve a liaison role between our Development team and our clients.
What the Role Entails
To be successful as an Implementation Support, our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge of computer systems as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for:
Performing requirements-gathering exercises (to capture client's As-Is process) and documenting same in a report using texts and pictograms like process flow diagrams;
Designing preliminary use-case documentation to accommodate any process modifications on the system using texts and pictograms like process flow diagrams, use-case diagrams, data flow diagrams and modern diagraming tools;
Performing requirements process re-engineering exercises, by identifying As-Is processes from the requirements gathering documentation and highlighting to‐be processes;
Liaising with the development team, by partaking in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and translating the output of the JAD session into a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documentation;
Liaising with the development team to ensure the GHIS solution adheres to global medical best practices and the SRS documentation;
Providing first level on-site support on issue resolution for users and escalating issues in line with the internal support escalation procedure, and following up with same to ensure closure;
Developing training schedules, performing training and supporting end-users at client facilities up until User Acceptance Test (UAT) sign-off and go live;
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, implementation schedules;
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management;
Support in the generation of potent sales leads by cold calls or outside sales and performing presentations and demonstrations.
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

Satisfying the needs of our clients who operate a 24/7 business hour and juggling between remote working and onsite work schedules.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum of an OND in Computer Science, Engineering or any technology-related course.
Minimum of 2 year(s) work experience in IT support and/or customer-facing roles in the IT industry.
Understanding of network design, computer systems and troubleshooting processes.
Knowledge of hospital operations, HMIS and EMR would be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, project management and product sales capabilities.
Strong report writing, analytical, time management skills, with a keen eye for details.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
