Job Title: Agent Recruitment Executive

Locations: Benue, Ekiti, Jigawa, Kogi, Kwara, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• An AR Exec is expected to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Find prospective agents and leads.
• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Maintain relationships with agents and provide support where necessary.
• Track and monitor performance and activity of onboarded agents.
• Ensure onboarded agents maintain consistent transaction performance.
• Prepare and present onboarding reports as required.
• Organization and coordination of all marketing and sales campaigns with other members of the Growth team.
• Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends.
• Any other responsibility laid out by the Line Manager or Management.

Requirements

• OND, HND and BSc in any discipline
• 0 – 2 years of sales experience
• Good communication skills
• Age should not be more than 35 years old.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly + commission.
