Its core operation is in the distribution of NAFDAC certified highly consumable British manufactured cookies and beverage to wholesale and retail markets in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible Van driver to distribute products promptly to our customers and well as convey staff to various destinations as business demands.
• The Van driver will represent our company in a professional and cost effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Driving:

• Drive vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by Supervisor
• Deliver a company products to different locations within and outside Lagos
• Follow route and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Maintain high standard of service to both staff and customers.
• Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
• Observing the road and traffic laws/regulations
• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
• Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty

Car Security & Maintenance:

• Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
• Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times
• Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
• Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by assigned repairer
• Assist the Admin Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule
• Assist in the purchase of new vehicles as required

Car Logbook Maintenance:

• Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
