Job Title: Product Management Intern

Description

• PostPaddy is a social media management tool built to automate different social media activities to help users better manage their social media accounts effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Learn

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Engineering, Design, and Marketing to bring ideas to life.
• Create product solutions for our customers by initiating, analyzing, proposing, launching, and maintaining app products.
• Work with Product Managers by using data to understand customer behavior and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating the size of impact and determining prioritization.
• Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics, and propose further iterations.
• Help deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process.

What We Look For

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.
• Data-driven. Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Be open to learning and being challenged.
• Applicants must have completed a product management training
• The internship will be for 6months.

Remuneration

• You will be entitled to a monthly stipend of #50,000
