Job Title: Pharmaceutical Product Manager
Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Reports to: the Chief Executive Officer/COO.
Job Purpose
Develop and create awareness for the company’s Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) products and other products as may be assigned, implement marketing plans for all brands of Tyonex NCD products with measurable Sales outcomes ( MSO) / Evidence based marketing outcomes ( EBMO) and Increase Tyonex core NCD pharmaceutical business financially and expand her product portfolio.
Scope
Covers all sales and marketing activities relation to all the company’s NCD products registered or being developed for DEF and Tyonex pharmaceutical businesses from within the Head Office (Primary Location) to other regional offices around the country.
Management of critical and non-critical assigned administrative materials and tools.
Job Responsibilities
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning ( and developing concepts and visualizing outcomes) and to tactical activities(operational outcomes) throughout the country.
Budgeting and monitoring Tyonex -NCDPs re-order levels by leasing with the sales collection executive.
Sales & Marketing Training of the field force and providing update Information on company-NCDPs in the portfolio.
Collection, evaluation and interpretation of internal and external marketing information/data to assist the marketing department in appraising effectiveness of the marketing plan for Tyonex -NCDPs.
Developing appropriate promotional materials; detail aids, posters, brand reminders, etc. for the company-NCDPs.
Regular field visit to assess impacts of promotional activities and competitor’s activities.
Maintaining a database of key opinion leaders and customers for market information and Mailing, and cultivating their loyalty through relationship marketing.
Coordinating the company’s participation at all approved conferences and seminars.
Managing the development of pack designs, repackaging and rebranding of products.
Handling all corporate activities/social initiatives/services in relation to your Business Unit Tyonex -NCDPs.
Developing strategies and campaigns to enhance sales of Tyonex -NCDPs .
Organizing community based projects and advocacy programs on Tyonex -NCDPs.
Enhancing company’s brand visibility and equity through several brand building activities.
Organizing impactful Health Round Table programmes and Knowledge Empowerment for Pharmacy Assistants (KEPA) programmes (Partnership forum for various stake holders).
Developing and introducing new products into the market in NCD sector.
Demand generation for Tyonex -NCDPs through double call field trips with sales force.
Intelligent information gathering through market survey and researches.
Assisting the Sales team, NSM, BMs and REPs in the planning of Company -NCDPs launches.
Preparation of annual marketing plan for the products and implementing the plan after presentation and due approval from the management.
Planning, organization and monitoring of assignments, activities , campaigns and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
Driving all the promotional activities behind the Company-NCDPs.
Qualifications and Requirements
B.Pharm, B.Sc / HND Biochemistry or Science related course.
2 - 5 years experience in related industry.
Must be computer literate.
