We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facial Therapist / Esthetician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
• Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to product usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.
• Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.
• Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.
• Provide waxing, facials, body treatments and makeup applications
• Teach makeup lessons
• Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule
• Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner.
• Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them on departure.
• Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications.
• Examine clients skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Advise clients on skin care.
• Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist or an Esthetician in any reputed beauty salon or healthcare facility or Cosmetologist.
• Practical understanding with massages, hair removal procedures and face treatments.
• Updated about the latest makeup products and trends.
• Exceptional client service skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients care.
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable.
• Deep knowledge of skin care techniques.
• Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule.
