About the Job

• Are you a creative enthusiast looking for a career advancement in the fashion industry? We are seeking a Creative Assistant / Fashion Content Creator who is seeking an opportunity to evolve.
• As a Fashion Creative Assistant, you will be responsible for the implementation of the established brand and product strategies.
• Your core responsibility is to bring the brand to life for target audience customers. You're responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• You're an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer.
• Through collaboration with your leadership team, you'll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Create content and manage the brand communication across all communication and sales channels.
• Develop and maintain the external brand narrative.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns relevant to the target audience.
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports on consumer's reaction.
• Carry out market research in order to keep up with customer trends and predict future trends.
• Create customer feedback processes and providing useful feedback based on them.
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Come up with new innovative ideas that aids the growth of the brand.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• 1 - 3 years experience in brand management, fashion or marketing.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of social media management.
• Creative self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• He/she will be expected to develop content in line with the brand’s identity and values, as well as interact with customers online and offline to ensure they enjoy a unique shopping experience.
• Strategic and innovative thinking skills.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Strong Analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Excellent understanding of the full market mix
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer's needs
• Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
