We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of sales, networking, prospecting, and strategy.
• So, are you a skincare lover? Are you customer-oriented? Personable and charming? Can you project the brand? With the ability to cross-sell and upsell. We would love to have a chat with you.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding of all company products, and their competition and help customers make the right purchase.
• Plan and develop merchandise strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company’s objective.
• Ensure that company product are shelved in retail stores with a good line sight for prospects and customers to buy.
• Track inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management, and clean up unwanted items from flagrant violations in retail stores.
• Forecast profits/sales and assist with promotions and awareness activities.
• Obtain customers’ reactions/feedback and market trends to anticipate product needs and forward them to the company.
• Develop, implement, and monitor monthly marketing plans and sales goals and ensure they are met.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on Marketing.

Requirements

• Must have a B.Sc or HND in Marketing or any related field.
• Must have at least 1-year of working experience.
• Must have a working knowledge of MS office and be social media Savvy.
• Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
• Must be honest, ethical, and diligent in their approach to business.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
