Job Title: Vendor Management Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for managing all relationships with the bank’s vendors as regards conducting vendor prequalification, evaluation, selection, appraisal, addition as well as deletion

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with the vendor and continuously monitor vendor performance vis-à-vis signed SLA and agreed on performance milestones
• Conduct prequalification, evaluation, selection, appraisal, addition, and deletion of vendors
• Conduct periodic supplier segmentation exercises to identify strategic suppliers
• Conduct supplier and end-user satisfaction surveys to identify areas of improvement
• Handle vendor communications
• Prepare GEFU (Generic File Upload) for payment processing - vendor bills and when required, for items distributed to branches.
• Escalate complaints and issues to vendors for quick resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Category Managers

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any related field
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role in procurement or vendor management
• 27 years and below
• Minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit
• Must have completed NYSC

Salary
N75,000 net plus HMO, Pension, 13th Month and Leave Allowances.
