Scrapays facilitate the recovery of recyclable materials by building the digital infrastructure that optimizes the waste value-chain connecting the players to increase efficiency and profitability. We connect waste producers (thousands of people) to individuals or businesses who deliver collection and or hosting services. We allow individuals to get paid for every kilogram of recyclable waste disposed of, collected, stored or moved. We use our tech solution USSD, WhatApp Bot and Mobile Applications integrated with our IOT device and our wallet system to process transactions.

What We're Looking For

• We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative individual who can find a balance between being a clown, execute branding strategies and manage public relations with content.

Responsibilities

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.
• Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree: Open to all Graduates, the applicant is expected to have technical abilities.
• Person Characteristics: Personal drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective writing skills, business awareness and excellent organizational and time management skills, competent technical knowledge, enthusiastic and empathic personality, proactive and ability to honor deadlines.
• Experience: Must have handled campaigns on and off social media for brands.
• Tools: Excel, CRM, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook pixel, Google trends, etc.
