We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing pitch, Interviews, hires,and trains marketing staff members.
• Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
• Approve and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Brand positioning and identity and media buying.
• Work within the company's budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
• Track all marketing and sales data, create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to business owners.
• Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
• Work with product development teams to ensure marketable product development.
• Manage all marketing activities and provide direction to the team
• Develop brand story and voice for consistent interaction with customers across all marketing platforms
• Product positioning-manage HealthAid product offering relative to customer needs and competitor offerings
• Develop and delegate customer / doctor acquisition channels and what success looks like in each.
• Explore the following to understand the cost and benefits of each:
  • Networking, doctor organizations, alumni networks, influencers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
