Lead British International School Limited (LBIS) is a Co-educational model school established by intelligent and seasoned academics and educational administrators who commonly share the vision of giving back to the nation’s educational system. LBIS caters for day students from crèche to 18 years and currently has over a thousand students with 400 boarding students in its secondary school. The School is staffed by qualified and experienced teachers, with modern ICT infrastructure and both are located in an outstanding environment, highly conducive to learning. LBIS currently has campuses in Abuja and Ibadan. Due to the commitment of the Board and Management of LBIS to expand its innovative brand of learning and teaching to other parts of Nigeria, a new campus is to be opened in Osogbo, Osun State.

Job Overview

• The ideal candidate will lead, manage and support all technical aspects of curriculum and administrative ICT within the school, keeping the school at the forefront of ICT.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Must possess a Degree in Computer Science or related field, any other professional certification will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 6 years cognate experience in an ICT leadership role;
• Strong foundation and in-depth knowledge of network security, authentication, security protocols and applied cryptography;
• Experience conducting regular disaster recovery tests in a medium to large size organization;
• Must be hard working, able to multi-task and work long hours;
• Experience/exposure in developing and supporting ERP systems;
• Experience/exposure in developing and supporting web applications;
• Experience/exposure in computer networking, hardware and software support;
• Experience/exposure in telephone and data networking;
• Experience in intranet systems;
• Experience/exposure in database design and development;
• Exposure in development and support of web based applications;
• Exposure in process automation, systems development, deployment and review;
• Exposure in ERP or integrated systems and data protection/privacy;
• Knowledge of security as applied to virtualized environments and cloud computing.
