As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention.

He or she should be a creative problem solver, who can take the lead but can also collaborate with smaller teams and know how to juggle multiple priorities in marketing.
Key Tasks
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Evaluate emerging technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Work towards achieving the revenue and sales targets for the organisation
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Implement and execute strategic plans for leveraging the eCommerce marketplace to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, and marketing activities.
Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Entry Requirements
First Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Language Arts, Digital Technologies or related fields
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Familiarity with web design
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
