Job Description

• We are looking for a focused EPR data entry personnel to continuously update our company's ERP software.
• The data entry personnel will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company to collect information, identify, and correct errors and verify them against source documents at different stages during the process and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties.
• The Data entry personnel will carry out duties that will include gathering, extracting and inputting data from various sources including paper documents into an ERP software in a timely and accurate manner.
• The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Gathering reports and information from various departments.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Creating accurate spreadsheets.
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Handling additional duties from time to time.
• Search for and investigate information contained in files.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
• Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
• Type in data quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years experience in a relevant field.
• Work experience in an FMCG or food production company.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
• Proficient touch-typing skills.
• Must reside in Yaba - Ebute Metta and immediate environs.
