We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor user engagement levels from both website traffic, chatter and email communications;
• Periodically manage the online presence (social media platforms and website)
• Strategize and execute online marketing strategies
• Research and formulate ways to optimize client experience
• Stay abreast on emerging opportunities in the digital world
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Write and optimize content for the website and social media
• Assist in coordinating actions to influence developed marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development and planning of all branding and marketing activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly activity report to the Line Manager.
• Ensure allocated targets are achieved and sustain growth.
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website.

Behavioral & Technical Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Industry knowledge is desirable
• Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing dashboard to report key metrics of site, program and campaign performance
• SEM - assist in the development and on-going performance of SEO campaigns
• Ability to implement strategies by developing or adapting winning tactics
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative
• Ability to plan and formulate strategies
• Ability to adjust to and work with teams
• Ability to drive and inspire
• Confidence.
