We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Head of Service

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsibility and development of the after sales business within the business center
• Active control and sale of service products
• Development of service concepts for customers
• Coordination of Staff Training
• Managing and monitoring of the service division
• Ongoing compliance and enhancement ofthe processes 
• Secure health and safety standards
• Strategic staffing of our local service crews in the region
• Identification of local market needs

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management or comparable education
• Profound knowledge of products and technologies in the beverage and packaging industries
• Leadership experience
• Highly customer-oriented and reliable partner
• Powerful, good communication skills, team working and flexible
• Comparable experience in a former position
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluent command of English; Other languages would be a plus
• Profound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power point and SAP)
