Hub30 Coworking Space is a leading Lagos-based coworking space in Festac Town. We focus more on building a friendly, innovative and collaborative work environment for members and it’s the job of our Frontdesk to execute strategies to achieve this.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Location: Amuwo-Odofin LGA, Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you someone who loves to have fun,vibrant, social media savvy , creative and a people person? Then this job is for you.
• The FDA is the first point of contact for the community and acts as the face of Hub30, you are responsible for Creating a fun, inspiring and welcoming environment for our members and guests.
• We are looking for and enthusaistic, organized and problem solver front desk/ receptionist someone who knows how to manage multiple taks while providing customers with the best possible service and work well with little or no supervision Ultimately.

Responsibilities

• Being the face of Hub30 coworking space comes with exciting tasks such as:
• Welcome, Engage and greet guests, members on arrivaland provide them with superb customer service
• Keep the office on track : Assist with building operations and making sure our day to day operations run smoothy and effective
• Engaging the community, assiting in bringing people together and creating a sense of belonging
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathise with peoples needs
• Thinking outside the box to make a huge fan of our clients
• Managing and monitoring daily operations, inventory and records
• Understand and amplify the total customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Our ideal applicant should possess the following Skills:

• Should live within Amuwo-Odofin LGA
• Minimum of OND
• Little or great experience launching community initiatives
• Has awesome communnication skills, written and verbal
• Friendly, approcahable, confident and trustworthy
• Organzation-savvy, good knowledge of microsoft office
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willing to learn.
