Job Title: Tech Automation Manager

Organisational Introduction

• Our client requires the services of an astute, tech-savvy and qualified professional (preferrably female) to handle its transitioning to full operational process automation.
• The position is middle level and has high leadership responsibilities.
• Technical expertise, Experience, professionalism and ability to relate to C-Suite Executives are key considerations.

Job Description

• To manage the operations and team and co-ordinate organizational strategic activities towards achieving automation of company processes as approved by the organization.
• This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day regular implementation of the set activities and reporting to the Executive Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage implementation process on a day-to-day basis to ensure desired outcome of integrate new technology into company's operations processes.
• Interact with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal implementation of process activities.
• Provide guidance and clarifications to core process team and field executives.
• Facilitate and enhance the operating team's capability, technical understanding and mastery of process.
• Prepare time schedules for daily activities and conduct Daily Start and Daily Close Meetings.
• Receive and Analyse Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports from team and executives and provide reports to the Executive Director.
• Prepare and Present Progress Report to Monthly Management Meetings.
• Lead and Co-ordinate Review Meetings for strategy implementation improvement.
• Ensure full provision and timely availability of functional facilities required for process implementation.
• Manage dedicated budget for incidental expenses and additional spending approved by Management.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering course.
• M.Sc. Degree in related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Tech or Engineering Experience.
• Age: Not More than 35 Years.
• Excellent Understanding of Technology and Capability
• Related Tech/Engineering Trainings and Certifications will be added Advantage
