Job Title: Shortlet Manager

Location: Port harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Meet with clients for property inspection and close deals.
• Work with management to hire agents to market the property.
• Handle all booking details (including fees) both offline and online and keep proper records of all transactions.
• Maintain facility; ensure facility is in good condition and ready to be occupied at all times including all equipment and appliances used in it.
• Manage customer relationship, answer all queries and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve all property complaints and violations efficiently
• Hire and manage maintenance officers’ (plumbers, electricians, masons’ cleaners, waste disposal etc) as would be needed.
• Manage and provide supplies needed for running the facility (fuel, bulbs, beddings etc).
• Manage our social media space, respond to online enquiries, comments and market the facility online.
• Maintain customer data and resell to them from time to time.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Male
• Experience in similar role is an added advantage
• Ready to travel.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
