Job Description

• Do you have experience selling in a sales-driven environment? Are you out-going, commission oriented and is interested in building a successful track records in sales? If so, we have a golden opportunity for you!
• Our client is recruiting for an amazing opportunity of a Marketing Associate. They are looking for someone in the early stages of their career who is interested to progress into marketing or sales position.
• The preferred candidate will be a graduate of Science, Business, or Marketing with some experience of marketing or communications and must be able to drive with a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
You’ll be Great if….

• You can conduct research to find new leads, cold calling, and qualifying potential customers
• You call prospective customers to explain products, and guide them through their purchase process
• You proactively monitor and report product sales to ensure set targets are met
• You can prepare and execute go to market plan to achieve desired monthly sales targets
• You drive awareness and contribute to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• You can organize and distribute products to customers, and collaborate with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• You work with digital marketing team to generate independent sales leads and close sales
• You set up meetings with potential customers for business development purposes or as a follow up to marketing campaigns
• You maintain constant familiarization of product offerings, day-to-day research analysis and identifying opportunities for enhancement
• You answer customers questions and gather feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Science based discipline
• 1+ year previous marketing or communications experience
• Passion for starting a career in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing
• Able to drive with a valid Driver’s License

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and social media marketing
• Be self-assured, highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work under own initiative but capable of seeking support when necessary.

• Salary Range: N75,000 - N120,000 per month
• Additional commission payment
• Uncapped commissions with exponential multiplier increase
