Role Summary
You will be involved in partnering with the head of digital to develop effective product strategies, visions and execution plans with a mission to shape and deliver digital products that transform customer experiences for the products within your portfolio, you will define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability and/or increase customer satisfaction through customer-centered digital experiences.
In this role you will take accountability for digital sales, working with digital marketing executives to achieve sales targets through digital innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy from inception with a customer-centric vision, determine business value once solution enters production, develop effective product strategies, vision, and design and execute the product roadmap
Play an important role leading Product Owners and cross-functional product teams through the process of designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems and capture opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance
Lead innovation in product sales, customer loyalty and retention and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact
Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team and wider organization - outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote business growth and profitability in line with strategic goals
Display dynamic leadership working with partners throughout the organization and leading product teams focused on innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, growth and success
Identify, develop and track measurable, objectives/KPIs to gain market share, maximize profitability and increase customer satisfaction through customer-centered digital experiences
Nurture top talent, networks and partners - identifying and building relationships with candidates for key open positions and future positions created by growth
Skills / Requirements
8+ years of experience leading product teams
Experience in payments and Fintech industry, understanding of payments landscape and how E2E payments from acquiring to settlement works
Deep experience in digital product development and management
Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organization
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
Strong understanding of qualitative research with ability to establish culture of ‘test-and-learn’
Knowledge of Agile software development processes
