About the Job
The ideal candidate will Mann the following responsibilities:

• Drive and increase demand at agency and partnership level
• Develop strategies to acquire, activate, engage and retain agents and partners across cities and location.
• Manage offline community of merchants, retailers, wholesalers, affiliate partners, and agents across verticals, markets, and locations to ensure a strong presence and brand growth
• Work closely with sales team on sales and marketing activations and understand customer expectations and behaviors
• Assist in proposing and designing marketing initiatives to augment sales across product verticals, customer segments, and regional locations
• Ensure agents, merchants, and affiliate partners are updated with new brand assets and information for their use online and offline
• Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing channels and trade plans.
• Provide business reviews & analysis and reports weekly, monthly and quarterly

Requirements
To succeed on this role, your education, experience and knowledge will mirror the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with hands-on trade promotion, campaign development, and agency and retail marketing experience.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial, and Telecommunication industry is strongly desired.
• Strong in analytical skills, self-motivation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, adaptability, high learning agility.
• Excellent interpersonal & analytical skills deployable within an effective team
• Superior skills with organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
