Description

• We are looking for Suitable & Professional Cinematography & Videography Specialist Candidates "Working & have Worked" in Realty/Real Estate Organizations handling & have handled responsibilities in Cinematography, Videography, Photo & Video Editing. activities.
• We are looking for a Video Production / Photography Personnel who will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. The ideal candidate is one with experience in Videography and cinematography with video production, film and photo editing skills.
• The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for photography and videography
• This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Photographing compelling and effective images especially for restaurants and food / drinks.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Solid Proficiency in videography, photography, studio lighting, graphic designing, Photoshop and Lightroom software.
• Must be knowledgeable with general computer usage, web designing and digital marketing.
• Interpersonal skills, time management, creativity and attention to detail highly essential.
• Must have a yearn for perfection and a drive for excellence - critically important.
• Must be a leader with the capabilities to grow his/her own in-house team.
• Must be dedicated to the position full-time and long-term.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND
• 2-4 years of experience in photography/ videography ( More experience in food photography and styling)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, to edit the images before delivering
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Should know Real Estate photography

• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including operations, product and service offerings, players, key trends and growth drivers.
• Must have an artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, creativity, pay attention to detail, and ability to both give and follow given instructions.

The Cinematographer & Videographer shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

• Must be able to operate drones
• Must be an editor
• Must be knowledgeable about motion graphics.
