Description

• Our Client is looking to hire a multiskilled sales person able to handle business development, market intelligence, and sales functions for a consulting firm.
• The ideal candidate will be well versed in social media marketing/digital skills and would be able to develop content as well as generate business leads.
• This role is target driven and the successful candidate will be required to provide results that lead to revenue growth within a determined period.

Responsibilities

• Sending out proposals on a daily basis for the varying products
• Generating sales leads for all and especially training-focused leads
• Organizing online training services
• Responsible for all representation on social media for recruitment and training products
• Conducting relevant marketingintelligence on which areas
• Suggesting areas of improvement for the company
• Aligning social media strategy with business requirements
• Email, and social media marketing with effectiveness
• Competition analysis of what other corporations are doing and how to meet up with it
• Building a strong recruitment brand and training band for the organization
• Telesales on the phone calls
• Marketing lists and sales lead generation

Competencies / Skills / Requirements

• First Degree from any reputable university with 2-3 years post NYSC experience at the minimum in a similar role
• Vast experience in generating sales leads
• Via email, telesales, and digital sales methods
• Experience working in s service printed business will be an added advantage
• High Content management skills.
