Job Description

• Interior Architect needed at a Bathroom and Furniture fittings firm. We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from initial briefing through to the final stages of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement building designs and proposals.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings or design.
• Consulting for Clients.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Visiting building worksite to ensure work is being done according to the architectural plans.
• Designing sketches, digital models and rendered views during the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Must have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with portfolios to present.
• Project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Excellent presentation and communication techniques.
• Portfolio on previous works.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.
• Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Lekki, Ajah etc.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
