We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Analyst Executive

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Role Objective

  • Responsible for the generation of new Businesses, Research and proposal designs and presentation for the Company, manage existing assigned Accounts or Regions as well as achieve assigned Business development target.

Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Setting goals and developing strategies to meet those goals
  • Training business development and contract staff
  • Attending conferences and industry events
  • Prepare action plans and strategy for identifying prospects.
  • Prepare proposals for prospects and sell Company products /services to potential Clients.
  • Maintain action plan to transform prospects into business opportunities.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals as directed by line manager resulting from field activity.
  • Meet set target for new business as assigned by the line manager.
  • Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Line Manager and attend meetings as required.
  • Recruiting contract staff for short and long term projects as the need arises
  • Coach new recruit on the field and in class training to ensure 100% knowledge transfer for ease of work and speedy target archievements.
  • Other duties as assigned by your line manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and sales conferences.

Qualifications
Minimum Educated level:

  • Second Class Lower (2:2) University Degree or the equivalent
  • Certificate in Research and Data analysis an added advantage.

  • Maximum of three (3) years relevant experience
  • Age Limit: 35 years
