The Warehouse Associate receives, input, sort, load and unload products, pick, package, label and performs various warehouse-related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the Warehouse Associate will perform the following responsibilities in relation to all offices, which will include but are not limited to:
Core Tasks
Warehouse inventory organization and maintenance.
Unassisted heavy lifting up to 30kg.
Inventory tracking as products moves through the warehouse
Label inventory.
Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances
Warehouse picking to fulfil orders.
Maintain daily inventory logs.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery .
Scan/enter items into the inventory management system.
Routine store maintenance duties.
Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Assist the Store Manager where needed.
Qualifications & Training
Post Secondary School Education.
At least 2 years’ working experience in the field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, with exceptional knowledge of Google Sheet and Google Slides
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Knowledge of project and task management tools such as Asana, Redbooth
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Forklift Driving Certification is an advantage.
Work Experience:
S/he will be required to have had related and progressive experience in Store/Warehouse Management.

Salary
Competitive salary scale based on improvements from the CONMESS and CONHESS salary structures as well as surveys from top private hospitals in Nigeria.
Salary is negotiable but performance-based. Base salary constitutes 70%, while 30% is a bonus based on predefined individual performance indicators and monthly organizational performance.
