Job Title: Group Head, Land Acquisition and Planning

Location: Nigeria

Core Functions / Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process of acquiring land, including planning, budgeting, negotiating and closing the deal.
• Conducting land analysis, market research, and feasibility reports.
• Negotiating land acquisition contracts and processing applications and permits.
• Communicate with legal services Directorate and other Directorates on cases of strategic importance.
• To advocate on behalf of the company to Government Agencies and other organisations.

Requirements / Experience / Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Town Planning.
• 7- 10 years cognate work experience in similar job field.
• Estate Surveyor, Land Surveyor relevant professional certifications is critical to this job role.
