Klasha was founded in Lagos, Nigeria in 2018 and is backed by Techstars, Ginco Investments and a group of notable angel investors. About the role
We are in search of a Network & Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for maximising and developing collaborative and impactful relationships with a diverse portfolio of ecosystem players such as; FinTechs, Issuers, Acquirers and Payment Service Providers.
The individual will lead end to end business development and relationship management efforts as well as optimise the value of the partnerships to drive broad adoption of Klasha services and product functionality.
The N&P Manager is also expected to create, adapt and maintain a pipeline of commercial and technical partners and track against individual objectives and common sales targets.
As such, the individual must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities
Ideating strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in B2B & B2C customer acquisition.
Lead the entire partnership process; identify opportunities, sourcing partners across geographies, create beneficial relationships and agree on commercial terms which contribute to the customer acquisition and usage targets.
Driving high levels of partner satisfaction through deep engagement.
Upsell and cross sell within existing partners to maximise share of voice and business.
Be the central point of orchestration, contact and advocacy at Klasha, internally and externally.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner relationships and engagements in delivering positive ROI.
Attend networking events, webinars and relationship building forums, as well as host similar Klasha initiatives.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years of relevant partnership and or sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry and in a front line customer facing position with a successful track record.
Passionate about fintech, you will use your knowledge and experience of cross-border payments and the wider industry (e-commerce, B2B ecosystems, emerging disruptive technology), to help formulate strategy, propose solutions and reduce risk.
Ability to understand and articulate each ecosystem participant’s value proposition and what the opportunity is around the partnership.
Have a good understanding of development processes and timeframes for partner integrations.

Demonstrate skills, knowledge and successful track record in financial services and technology or software.
CRM and other sales tools proficiency is required.
