As such, we look to facilitate investments and trade whilst also bridge the information gap with respect to the various opportunities that exist in Africa. We are currently focused on Nigeria's Agricultural sector.
Over the last 5 years we have hosted a number of Agricultural Investment Conferences in strategic cities around the world including; Luxembourg , Accra, Lagos, Abuja, Frankfurt, Belgium, The Netherlands , and London. These opportunities have provided us with brand recognition, a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with investing in Africa's Agricultural sector, as well as a rich network inclusive of Africa's Agribusiness stakeholders, investment and finance executives, leading fund managers, private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors donors as well as large agribusiness related firms from around the world.

Job Title: Program and Events Specialist

Job Description
Design, implement and manage Welcome2Africa International Programs, identify opportunities for new initiatives or program expansion towards achieving the organization goals and objectives.
Coordinating and training the various team members that are to deliver on the programs.
Develop work plan weekly and follow up with the completion
Communicate with all stakeholders of all outlined programs (internal, external, partners, sponsors etc.)
Track, monitor, and evaluate all program metrics and achieve milestone completion.
Ensure that all programs are on track in line with the budget and timeline perspectives.
Identify areas of improvement of all programs and share best practices.
Work hand in hand with the CEO to develop plans for Welcome2Africa International.
Ensure Welcome2Africa International meets the forecasted profit outlined and agreed by the CEO and Board.
Facilitate partnership with government agencies, donor organizations, private firms, international organizations and other service providers interested in trade and investment in Africa.
Develop stakeholder mapping for each program
Adequately maintain and update stakeholders and partners database
Make phone calls and send out emails to follow up with partners/stakeholders.
Implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedure for all program activities.
Participate in developing and nurturing collaborations with external partners including donors and individual supporters, policy makers, media and other stake holders.
Ensure that all staff and volunteers adhere to the project implementation principles.
Identify and compile list of potential investors, partners and relevant stakeholders that the organization can work with.
Qualifications
B.Sc / HND in International Relations, Computer Studies or any other related field
Certification in Project Management is a must(Not In View)
Minimum of 4 years experience
Skills:
Experience and certification in Project Management (Not in View) is a must
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Creative thinking and analytical skills
Strong work ethics, reliability and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and tasks.
Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
