We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Ticketing Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Increasing brand awareness and marketing productsthrough various marketing techniques.
• Work with management to create new opportunities for growth.
• Account managing and retaining a portfolio of key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends, and conducting competitors’ analyses.
• Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for the tours according to meet customers'/ travel agents' requirements.
• interacts with local travel agents and oversea travel agents.
• Provideservice to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
• Take passenger travel details
• Make a reservation and confirm your seat till point of issuance

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field of the travel industry
• Able to use any GDS Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabe.
