We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support in the Creating and execution of effective onboarding process
• Track staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of new employees as needed.
• Maintain and update all employee personnel files; using appropriate checklist to ensure complete documentation.
• Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information within the company to facilitate other management operation.
• Ensure continuous update of the HR database with information on personnel records, bio data, salaries, or promotion as well as resignations.
• Coordinate general leave administration; this includes maintaining an annual leave calendar for leave projections, outstanding leave days.
• Ensure implementation of the training plan and provide necessary support for training facilitation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 1 to 2 years’ experience.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders in an assertive and professional way.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Attention to detail with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
