Kwik Delivery - We are a new start-up platform company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations started in Lagos in Q2 2019.

Job Title: Marketing Operations Officer

About the Job

• Assist in the ongoing development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns.
• Handle regular and consistent communications with existing and new partners, internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with individuals and brands, including organizing meetups and other innovative online relationship building events.
• Pitch outgoing, exhibition, sponsorship and opportunities to the team, brand ambassadors, internal and external stakeholders based on needs or opportunities.
• Keep informed of industry trends, events and opportunities.
• Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and partner relationships and participate in pitches and presentations.
• Conduct surveys and competitive analysis, provide insight, research projects and market opportunities.
• Liaise with key members of the marketing team to create and manage strategic marketing calendars.
• Provide valuable insights and reporting for monthly and campaign reports, and successfully take action on those insights.
• Source and propose event partnership and exhibition opportunities, create invoices and purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and attend off-site meetings.
• Monitor industry trends, lookout for opportunities for partnerships, events sponsorship and exhibition
• Monitor, follow up and track activities of vendors, agencies and partners; manage and follow up on internal marketing projects
• Create and attend internal meetings and events on behalf of the marketing manager
• Schedule posts and respond to comments on social media and other platforms assigned
• Execute any other task assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of marketing analytics & ROI.
• Relationship management skills.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, independently, remotely, and go above & beyond where necessary, with little or no supervision.
• Optimum time management skills with attention to detail, especially under pressure or time-sensitive deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Outgoing, personable and ability to work on the fly.
