Job Title: Head, IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities and Duties

• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them
• Success in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as DevOps that are optimized for agility
• Response to RFP/RFQs within a stipulated time frame.
• Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage resources internal and external to the enterprise.
• Ability to drive organizational change and build infrastructure capabilities that effectively balance the need to continuously exploit capabilities
• Drive the SLA performance management for all services.
• Experience in managing relationships with third-party System Integrators for SMEs.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.
• 7+ years of work experience in Networking engineers or as a Enterprise System administrator.
• Must have pre-sales experience
• CCNP, CCNA, ITIL
• Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Cisco ASA, Fortinet
• Knowledge of SDN solutions such as ACI/VMware NSX/storage solution
• Knowledge of Network protocols BGP and OSPF and F5 infrastructure
• Knowledge of Network storage protocols, distributed storage solutions, VMware vsan,Nutanix
• Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, etc.
• A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias
• Any professional/Expert level Certification in Cisco, Dell, HP, Juniper etc
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
