We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Brief Description

• Must have a hand - on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales and loan targets achievement.
• Must run a profitable Branch.

Job Roles

• Branch Manager oversees the operations of a branch and ensure that budget issued to the branch are surpassed.
• Branch managers responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing business plans and attaining sales goals.
• Growing revenue through increased lending.
• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation of branch staff.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Share knowledge with other branches and Head office on effective practices, competitive, intelligence, business opportunities and need.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issue promptly.
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
• Prepare financial statement for the branch.
• Manage employees and lead day - to - day responsibilities.

Selection Criteria

• 4 - 10 years of work experience.
• The branch manager should be proactive about networking and have strong communication skills to bring in new clients
• Must have leadership skills, ambition and a desire to succeed.
• Must have expert analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks well, as they have many responsibilities.
• Must have led a team, headed a group or team or have managed a branch.
