Job Title: Electrical / Mechanical Engineer

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Role Objective

• We are looking for Electrical and mechanical engineers Who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment,generator and tower management

Responsibilities

• Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed.
• Diagnosing network problems such as signal loss due to interference.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment.
• Timely maintenance routine.
• Timely resolution and escalation of faults.
• Clearing of snags.
• Manage field activities and implement engineering designs.
• Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise.
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements.
• Install new systems and technology.
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
• Draft and submit reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent service standards, respond swiftly client escalation and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Minimum Educated level:

• Second class lower (2:2) University Degree or the equivalent in engineering or related field.

• Maximum of three (3) years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 30 years.
