We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory & Quality Supervisor

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The position will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the Coal Laboratory and all its equipment.
• Compliance with analytical methods, procedures and Mosra Energy Quality Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• 3/4 years of experience in previous coal sampling and testing laboratory. •
• Excellent Knowlwdge and application of sampling & anlytical tetsing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 Quality Mnagement Systems
• Desired Experience Qualification Degree/Diploma in Chemistry will be an added advantage.
• Coal sampling, sample preparation, analysis and reporting experience are essential, coal beneficiation experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent mathematical skills.

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment and be willing to work as a team player.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work shifts and rosters
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are essential
• Must be able to interpret results trends and bias of results, do validations and verifications on all coal laboratory standards.
• Be able to investigate or trace non-conformances.
• Have knowledge and understanding of controls at the lab to ensure correctness of the results
