Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing complete support
• Extensive diary & email management including scheduling and setting up meetings, appointments, conferences and teleconference calls.
• Managing the full spectrum of travel transport and accommodationarrangements
• Personal tasks at the discretion of the Director, including but not limited to payments of personal bills and invoices
• Regularly communicating updates to the Director on the status of tasks and pacing reminders on important tasks and deadlines
• Keeping all systems up to date including collating and filing expenses, workflows and tasks reports
• Producing a variety of reports including monthly expenditure and receipts
• Monitoring and screening electronic and phone communication
• Assisting with a range of administration-based projects
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentation
• Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
